San Pantaleo is the picturesque village in the rocky hills behind the costa smeralda. It’s famous for this arty atmosphere and the lively market on Thursday morning ( in the high season it is super crowded).
It’s got a small supermarket that covers basic needs – Nonna Isa. Opposite Isa is a specialty shop selling cheese and bread, and there is a butcher around the corner.
The village is sometimes called Goa of Italy with its many interesting shops. Just go explore.
We like to go in the evening to eat in one of the restaurants or for an aperitivo or better digestive at Nicci & Sergio’s bar. The shops are open till late ( 22 or even 23h).
