There are litturally hundreds of beaches here we just introduce you to our favourites. In the house you finde lot’s of books and maps to go discover and finde you own treasures.
Around Cannigione
These beaches are all reched within 10 – 20 minutes and non of them is over crowded during the summer month.
- Where the river meets the sea
We love this beach it’s not what you expect from Sardinia, more like a place in Sweden. Marshes where locals come to search for mussels. Very shalow waters. This is where locals take their dogs. - This is our favourite summer beach. When the beaches of the costa smeralda just get to crowded. Rocks to jump of and small sandy beaches. Dogs slowed. Never too busy. The bar is a nice extra.
- Perfect for a morning swim after grocery shopping and before a coffee. Sometimes when we don’t feel like beach we come here for a jumpe of the more and a gelato.
The costa smeralda
Of coure the costa smeralda is very busy in the summer month but we think it’s worth a visit. It don’t get more summer in Italy any we like it. From time to time that is.
- Spiaggia del principe
Crystal clear water. Lovely for snorkling.
Park on the parking on top and walk down. - Spiaggia Liscia Ruja
Wonderfull beach long and open beach. Very busy in the summer. Dive to the very end of the beach if you want a bit more space.
The westcoast
We love the wildness and the open horizon of the west coast. Beaches are a little less pristine and there can be wind and waves but they are splendid too. Combine with a visit to capo di Testa and Santa Theresa di Gallura.
- Spiaggia Rena Majore
Wild beach. Nice to snorkle and somtimes you can surf. Never crowed, sometimes a bit dirty. - Spiaggia Lu Littaroni
Wonderfullwild beach. Never crowded. Dogs allowed if you pay 5 Euro you get extra dog facilities. Lovely dunes. Can be windy and with lots of waves.
